The mini stations of fuels or transportable gas stations (according to NP 04-2005) are fuel distribution stations that can be moved.
They are composed of a tank connected by the afferent technology to a distributor of classic or alternative fuels.
From the beneficiary’s point of view, they can be:
- Mini Enclosure Stations for Transport Fleets: Equipped with a fleet management system (see Fleet Systems) for the owner to monitor daily fuel deliveries, ie station management. Fleet distributors display only the delivered volume.
- Mini Stations for the public: equipped with POS (electronic fiscal cash register) connected directly with the carburetor distributor which has displayed the delivered volume, the unit price and the total price,
From a constructive point of view, they can be transportable petrol stations with the fuel tank in free space (skid type) or with the tank embedded in a container (containerized).
Mini Enclosure Station
According to the number of vehicles in the fleet that can be refueled, the enclosure stations can be classified into:
- (ECO) with fleets with fewer vehicles and refueling less than 100 liters of fuel / delivery
- (PRO) with over 100 vehicles that frequently refuel over 100 liters of fuel / delivery

ECO precinct mini stations
Manage max. of 2000 vehicles, are equipped with Horn Tecalemit Eco or Ecobox diesel distributor, with own HDA fleet management system, incorporated in the distributor (see Products / Gas station equipment / Car fuel distributors / Horn Tecalemit fuel distributors). The management system can store up to 10,000 transactions. Limitations are created only by the volume of fuel delivered. Optionally, the pump can also be equipped with a fuel inventory system from the Level Master tank.
PRO precinct mini stations
Manage max. of 2000 vehicles, are equipped with Horn Tecalemit diesel distributor (Pro) with its own fleet management system type HDA2, more complex than HDA, incorporated in the distributor (see Products / Gas station equipment / Car fuel distributors / Horn Tecalemit fuel distributors ). The pump has a powerful pumping unit. It can store up to 10,000 transactions.
Optionally, this pump can also be equipped with a fuel inventory system from the Level Master tank.
In the PRO category, our company also offers gas stations with Helix Wayne dispensers equipped with a unique FuelOmat fuel system, which differs from card or TAG systems / driver / car recognition chips (details Business solutions / Solutions for fleets). Having a web interface is a system that has virtually no transaction limitations.
Mini Stations for the public
Due to the lack of space, transportable mini stations are also built that sell car or alternative fuels to third parties. They must be equipped with a POS connected to a Fiscal Electronics Cash Register (CMEF). According to the legislation in force, the SOP must be connected to the station’s distributors in order to take over the fuel transactions and to issue a fiscal receipt through CMEF. Usually these ministries are containerized to have a separate, air-conditioned space for sale where POS and CEMF are installed, but also other controllers / consoles that provide additional useful information to the staff that sells fuels. A generic image for such a station is presented below.
